A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled Senior Technical Coordinator to join an award-winning residential developer, working on a landmark multi-phase development in Harrow. This is an ideal next step for someone with solid experience in residential design and coordination, ready to take more ownership across technical delivery in a supportive and well-structured environment.
The Role:
As Senior Technical Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing the flow of design and engineering information from pre-construction through to site delivery. Working closely with senior members of the technical team, you’ll take day-to-day responsibility for consultant management, programme tracking, and ensuring technical information is aligned with the wider delivery strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead the coordination of architectural and engineering information for one or more phases of the Harrow development, ensuring all design work is compliant, deliverable, and aligned with the construction programme.
•    Manage the interface between internal teams—including commercial, planning, and construction—and external consultants, providing clear communication and resolving design-related issues in a proactive, solution-led manner.
•    Monitor planning conditions, Building Regulation approvals, and NHBC submissions, ensuring timely discharge and compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements.
•    Review and manage consultant deliverables, chair design team meetings, and ensure all technical documentation is complete, accurate, and issued in line with build priorities.
•    Support junior members of the team where appropriate, and act as a key point of contact for site-based technical queries, providing clear and buildable solutions in collaboration with the wider team.
What We’re Looking For:
You’ll have a strong background in residential development, with solid technical coordination experience on medium to large-scale sites. You may already be operating at senior level, or be an experienced Technical Coordinator ready to step up. Strong communication, organisational skills, and a deep understanding of design standards and construction methodology will be essential.
